At Rinsee Cleaners Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide high-quality laundry and dry-cleaning services. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which customers may request returns, refunds, or compensation.


1. No Return of Laundry Services

Laundry and dry-cleaning are considered consumable and non-returnable services, and therefore:

  • We do not accept returns once the service has been performed.

  • Completed orders cannot be reversed or undone.

However, we do allow reprocessing under certain conditions (see Section 3 below).


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

✔ When the service was not provided

If an order was placed but service was not completed (e.g., pickup cancelled, rider did not arrive).

✔ Duplicate payment

If a customer is charged twice for the same order.

✔ Service cancellation before pickup

If the customer cancels before our executive arrives for pickup.

Note:
Refunds for completed laundry/dry-cleaning services are not applicable unless covered under Section 4 (Damage/Loss Policy).


3. Rewash / Reprocessing Policy

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the wash or dry-clean:

  • You may request a free rewash within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Rewash will only be provided for the same garment.

  • Garments must be unused after delivery.

We reserve the right to deny rewash requests if:

  • Garments were used or worn after delivery

  • Stains were pre-existing and declared as “non-removable”

  • Delicate items were not declared during pickup


4. Damage or Loss Policy

We take utmost care during the cleaning process.
However, in rare cases of damage or loss:

✔ Compensation is limited to:

The lower of:

  • 10 times the washing/cleaning cost, OR

  • ₹500 per garment

This limit applies due to variations in fabric quality, care labels, and pre-existing conditions beyond our control.

✔ Not covered under damage claims:

  • Weak or fragile fabric

  • Color bleeding or fading due to garment quality

  • Shrinkage due to material nature

  • Accessories (buttons, zippers, beads, tags)

  • Items left in pockets (cash, keys, documents, etc.)


5. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days

For UPI payments, refunds usually process within 2–3 days.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Customer dissatisfaction with normal cleaning outcome

  • Size shrinkage due to fabric nature

  • Color fading or bleeding

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

  • Garments damaged due to pre-existing conditions

  • Incorrect pickup/delivery address provided by customer


7. Order Cancellation

Before pickup

✔ Full refund or service cancellation allowed.

After pickup

✘ Cancellation is not allowed since the service has already started.


8. Unclaimed Garments

Garments not claimed or delivered due to customer unavailability for 30 days will be:

  • Donated or disposed of

  • No refund or compensation will be provided
