4. Order Placement, Pickup & Delivery

5. Pricing & Payment

6. Damage, Loss & Liability
We follow strict quality processes; however:

The Company’s maximum liability for lost or damaged items is limited to 10 times the washing cost of the item or ₹500 per item, whichever is lower.

Shrinkage of garments

Pre-existing stains/tears

Items left in pockets (cash, documents, accessories, etc.)

Delicate or high-value clothes must be informed to our team in advance.
7. Garment Claims

Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

The original receipt/order ID must be provided.

Claims without proper proof cannot be processed.
8. Unclaimed Garments
Garments not collected or delivered due to customer unavailability within 30 days from the due date will be disposed of or donated.
The Company will not be liable for such items.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Pickup cancellations should be made before the scheduled time.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
